Stage 1: Proof of Concept

The primary purpose of the proof-of-concept stage is to determine whether the concept of Middle Neave Inc. can be implemented in practice. We will be testing the technical feasibility of creating an efficient media development company with the help of in-house AI software.

During this stage we will develop an alpha version of Effloresce AI, create a Middle Neave datacenter to support the AI, build a simple small scale recording studio, acquire social media and other media assets and build a portfolio. Integrate crypto currency mining with excess assets created for Middle Neave.

Completion:

Stage 2: Foundation Building

Stage two will be building a commercial property in Iowa; this includes purchasing property that we can build a mid-level renewable energy farm (wind and solar). This stage will include the creation of a 20-petabyte data center with 8 high level GPU servers to be used for Middle Neave Inc. and rented in future projects.

Middle Neave Music will open a full-size recording studio, for use in our own media projects as well as being rented out for additional revenue. Middle Neave Mining to become profitable and cover energy costs for Middle Neave. Middle Neave Media will be live on its assets purchased during the proof on concept.

Stage 3: Growth

After stage two is at a 1million revenue a year we will progress into the stage three growth process. The build out path will be defined by lessons learned in stage 1 and 2 of the business plans.

One of the major focus areas of the growth process is creating a massive AI data center in Iowa as its location is advantageous to lower energy costs and distance from the heart of the US. This datacenter will be using sustainable energy through wind and solar and supplemented with natural gas.

Another focus will be creating a new media business center for media located in a major city near our Iowa location such as Minneapolis or Chicago, this would be a state-of-the-art music recording studio and video development center. This would also be a location to create social media content.

We will branch out to large scale media projects such as TV and Movie production.
